2024 Team Aspire Group Training Details
We are a diverse group of people of all ages and backgrounds ranging from beginner to experienced athletes! We use a periodization approach that incorporates strength, power, speed, taper, and recovery aspects of training during the multi-week sessions leading up to a targeted triathlon race.
Join us for 1 or more sessions!
Each session includes:

One weekly coached swim training session - Wednesday evenings

Weekly group rides - Saturday mornings

Weekly detailed training schedule – you’ll know every day what you are doing

USA Triathlon certified coach

Team Aspire t-shirt (if registered prior to March 1, 2024) and swim cap!!!

Option to purchase Team Aspire racing kit (jersey, shorts, jackets and more)
What you need:

All Team Aspire members must have an annual license ($50) or pay for a one-day/clinic license ($23 for each 8/15 week session) USA Triathlon membership.

Any race registration fees are separate from training group fees.

You will need your own: swim goggles, bicycle in good working condition (road - preferred, mountain, or hybrid) and appropriate running shoes.
Training for Olympic Distance at Deuces Wild - June 2, 2024
Training: February 25 - June 1-2, 2024
Wednesdays 6:15-7:30 p.m. West Mesa Aquatic Center at the West Mesa Aquatic Center
Saturdays at various metro locations.
$649 plus tax = $700.00
Session 1: Training Sprint Triathlon - April 13, 2024
Training: February 25 - April 13, 2024
Wednesdays 6:15-7:30 p.m. at the West Mesa Aquatic Center
Saturdays 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. at various metro locations
$349 plus tax = $376.05
Session 2: Training for Deuces Wild Sprint Triathlon - June 1,-2 2024
Training: April 15 - June 1-2, 2024
Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:30 p.m. at the West Mesa Aquatic Center
Saturdays 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. at various metro locations (some Monday evenings)
$349 plus tax = $376.05
Session 3: Socorro Chile Harvest Sprit Triathlon - August 3, 2024 and
City of Lakes August 10, 2024
Training: June 9 - August 3, 2024
Wednesdays 6:15-7:30 p.m. at the West Mesa Aquatic Center
Saturdays 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. at various metro locations
$349 plus tax = $376.05
Group Swim Only
Wednesdays 6:15-7:30 p.m. at the West Mesa Aquatic Center
15 week session = $210 plus tax = $226
February 28 - June 5, 2024
8 week session = $112 plus tax = $120.54
June 5 - July 31
Note that the swim only sessions also
require a annual or a one time $23 USAT license.
