2027 Team Aspire Group Training Details

We are a diverse group of people of all ages and backgrounds ranging from beginner to experienced athletes! We use a periodization approach that incorporates strength, power, speed, taper, and recovery aspects of training during the multi-week sessions leading up to a targeted triathlon race. Our training provides you with a solid foundation for a great racing experience.​

Join us for 1 or more sessions!

 

Each session includes: 

• Weekly group rides - Saturday mornings

• Weekly detailed training schedule – you’ll know every day what you are doing

• Programming specific to your event  

• Email contact with coach 

• USA Triathlon certified coach 

• Team Aspire t-shirt (if registered prior to February 1, 2027)!!!

• Option to purchase Team Aspire racing kit (jersey, shorts, jackets and more)

What you need:

• All Team Aspire members must have an annual license ($50) or pay for a one-day/clinic license ($23 for each 8/15 week session) USA Triathlon membership.

• Training Peaks account

• Any race registration fees are separate from training group fees.

• You will need your own: swim goggles, bicycle in good working condition (road - preferred, mountain, or hybrid) and appropriate running shoes.
