Aspire Coaching is at Big Al’s Cycling Lab for our Fall and Winter 6-week cycling sessions. These two sessions focus on building your cycling endurance and speed to prepare you for next year’s races or events.

What to expect

Group sessions on your bike at your level!

  • 6 one-hour Wahoo KICKR workout sessions designed by Al Senft of Sustainable Endurance Coaching 

  • USAC and USAT certified coached workouts to meet your goals

  • Camaraderie of group workout sessions

  • Workouts set at your personal power levels on your own bike

Session 1:

Starts November 11

Session 2:

Starts January 6

  • All sessions meet Mondays 6:00pm – 7:30 pm 

  • Session 1 - November 11 – December 16 2019 

  • Session 2 – January 6 – February 10 2020

  • The second session is not a repeat of the first session but rather a continuation, though does not require completion of the first session.

  • All sessions take place at Big Al’s state-of-the-art Wahoo Studio located at 2920 Stanford Drive NE, Albuquerque NM (next door to Bikeworks)

  • Cost for each session is $130 plus tax. Register for both sessions and save 10% - $234 plus tax.

  • Optional 6-week cycling training plan plus Training Peaks account which complements Monday’s sessions to further build your cycling ability – Cost $115 plus tax for each session.
